David has 20 years of political experience working on campaign strategy, coalition building, and legislative and regulatory strategy.  He has worked on national, state and local campaigns across the country.  His clients have included corporations, trade associations, political campaigns, labor unions, law firms and non-profit organizations.

 

David has served as the Political Director of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.  During the 2004 campaign, David worked for America Coming Together, a 527 field organization, as the Director of Field, Data, Targeting and Polling in Missouri. 

 

Since that time, David has served as a chief strategist on several campaigns in Philadelphia. Prior to joining the union, David served as the Director of the Labor Council for the Democratic National Committee. In this capacity he served as the Democratic Party’s liaison with organized labor.
